Step 01
Prepare your sample for lab analysis
- You’ll use the pipette to draw 1mL of your semen sample and transfer it into the vial with our SPX72 preservation fluid.
- Seal both containers
- Swirl the filled vial five times to mix

Step 02
Collect your paperwork.
- Sign the pathology request form included in your test kit.
- If you have a signed form from your doctor, include it. If not, use the one provided.
Important: Your sample cannot be processed without this form.
Step 03
Pack and mail.
- Place the filled vial, collection container, and signed form back in the box.
- Discard the pipette and ice pack
- Seal the box with the tamper-proof seals
- Attach the prepaid return mailing label
- Mail it with the overnight courier listed on the label by 4pm the same day.
